Your email, for the updates you choose.

When you sign up, we store your email address, your choices of newsletter and launch updates, and the time and version of your consent. We will use this information to send the updates you select once we start sending. We have not sent any yet.

Signup records are stored on the server, not in your browser. They are not published in this website or available through a public subscriber list. Hosting infrastructure may separately record standard request logs.

Signing up does not create a Boring Marketing Loop account. The application is in development and no launch date has been announced.

Every update we send will include a way to unsubscribe. We do not sell your email address. If you choose both options, you agree to receive both the newsletter and the launch announcement.

The workspace prototype is separate from the signup list. To use it, you create an account with an email address and password. We store your projects, tasks, tests, and decisions in our database. We store them to provide the account you asked for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Login is handled by Clerk, Inc. in the USA, which stores your email address and password for us. The transfer relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Clerk's data processing agreement. Workspace pages set only the login cookies needed to keep you signed in. The rest of this website does not load Clerk.

When you press Write customer brief in the workspace, we send that project's answers and recorded test results to Anthropic, PBC in the USA, whose Claude model writes the brief. We do not send your email address or account ID, and nothing is sent until you press the button. We store the brief with your account to provide the feature you asked for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Deleting the project or your account deletes its briefs.

If you upgrade to Founder in the workspace, payment is handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited in Ireland. Stripe Checkout collects your email address, payment details, and billing address. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe may transfer data to Stripe, Inc. in the USA under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

We store your Stripe customer ID, your subscription status, and the end of the current billing period with your account, so the workspace knows your plan. We need this to provide the plan you pay for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as German tax and commercial law requires (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).

We keep your account and workspace until you delete them. Delete account in the workspace settings removes both your login and your saved work, and cancels a Founder subscription at once.
